Our endurance program is an additional program you can use to compliment our normal CrossFit classes if you are preparing for a long run, a race, triathlon, bike event, or just prefer more cardio in your life! Endurance training can strengthen your heart, lower your resting heart rate, and reduce your blood pressure. It can accelerate your metabolism, which is the process by which your body converts nutrients into energy.It can also help build healthy joints and reduce the risk of cartilage disorders like osteoarthritis. Many people say this has improved their capacity beyond what they could expect. This is available to CFDN members only, and can be tailored to your specific needs as well.
