OUR CLASSES

CrossFit Class

Group CrossFit classes generally consisting of a strength piece, followed by a conditioning/cardio piece. 60min classes, coach led, 12-15 members per class.

Open Gym
60min blocks where members can do their own programming, make up a missed workout, or work on special strength and skill pieces that they wish! There is always a coach present for guidance if needed, and a workout on the board in case you would still like to continue your week of workouts.
